Hang in there! Your package will likely turn up very soon. If you have not seen any tracking updates for the last 14 days, please contact us using our Support Form and we will determine the best steps to recover your order!
The USPS tracking system has greatly improved for overseas orders, but it is still less dependable than domestic orders. If you have not seen tracking updates for 30 days, please contact us using the Support Form, and we will try to determine the next step. If your last tracking update was within 30 days, please be patient as it is possible your order is held up in customs and will be with you soon!
