Mistakes happen! Whether something went wrong on our end or yours, we can fix this. Let us know as soon as possible using our Support Form. Here are some examples of things that may have happened.
You ordered the wrong item
No worries! We get click-happy too when we're stoked about new gear!
- If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can either swap your items if they are the same price, or we can start the process of refunding and re-ordering if they aren't the same price.
- If we have already shipped your order, we'll let you know how to return your items and when we receive them back here, we'll swap your items if they're the same price and reship the correct one, or we can start the process of refunding and re-ordering if they aren't the same price.
You received the wrong item or wrong number of items
Sorry about that! Sometimes we have brain farts - just like every other human we know of.
- We will ship the correct item(s) immediately and provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to send back the incorrect item(s).
- If you needed your items for your rapidly approaching trip and are running out of time, please let us know and we would be happy to expedite your item(s)!
You provided us the wrong contact information, payment method, or want to add something to your order
Again, the brain fart thing will get ya every time!
- If we have not shipped your order yet, we would be happy to update your information, cancel your order and refund your payment so you can place a new order with the correct payment method, or add an item to your order.
- If we have shipped your order, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. When you receive your order, let us know and we can begin the process of making whatever changes you'd like!
You meant to choose expedited shipping
- If we have not shipped your order yet, we can definitely ship your order as soon as possible using expedited shipping. We'll figure out your payment also, but for goodness sake, we'll get that thing shipped!
- If we have shipped your order, there is nothing we can do to update your shipping options after the item is already in transit. There is a mystical service provided by USPS called, Package Intercept. You may be able to change your shipping preferences through this service, but we have no affiliation with USPS, so that one will have to be on you!
